Daily Activity Final Practic (Ala Carte 2)

It’s me again, Andi Sally, as always I’m going to tell you
all my daily activities in Poltekpar Kitchen. Today was the final practice day,
yet also the last blog post in this third semester. At 6.50 morning, I had
arrived at the kitchen because all of us were asked to come at 7 in the
morning. I quickly wore my apron and carpus and got into the kitchen. I got
pastry section, and I had to make Red Velvet Cake Roll.
I instantly prepared all the ingredients needed to make the
Red Velvet Cake Roll, and ready for the execution! First of all, mix all the
eggs, sugar, TBM until fluffy enough and add the flour, baking powder, milk
powder, maizena powder, cocoa powder, and mix it again until all mix up. Add
the butter that had melted and the fresh milk, add the red food coloring and
mix until incorporated. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for
more or less 30 minutes in the heat of 170-180° C. Now, for the layer filling
I made cream cheese and a bit of lemon water, mix again until well combined.
At 9 in the morning, we oneline in the Main Kitchen. Mr.
Jaya gave us several instructions before we continued our works. Once we had
done, as usual we should be ready at 11 sharp. At 12, the open resto had begun.
One by one the Red Velvet Cake Roll was being served. At 2 in the afternoon, we
immediately had a general cleaning. Once we finished, we headed to the nearest
mosque to have a prayer, and we had a meal together afterwards. At 5 in the
evening, we oneline again and we were allowed to go home.
