Daily Activity [English Ver.] 050318

Today, on March 5, 2018 was the fourth week for us to practice. At 8 in the morning, we made a line up in front of the kitchen after the supervisor was calling the roll and we put our belongings in the locker, and got back to the kitchen right away. While we were all waiting for Mr. Syahrial, we discussed about the practice two weeks ago which was Rotasi 1.3. Several minutes later, Mr. Syahrial came in and explained today’s material, that was menu Rotasi 1.4.
Today’s menus were appetizer: Chicken Liver and Herb Pate Hollandaise Sauce, soup: Calm Chowder, main course: Spaghetti Bolognaise, dessert: Baked Custard Tart and Broiche. Knowing the fact that Group 1 has done it two weeks ago, then it was turn for Group 2 to have preparation. While me as a Group 1 was out doing Food Commodity Research Project. After we discussed it, we went to the office to have a consultation with Mr. Wawan.
It turned out the title we proposed was rejected by Mr. Wawan. We came to realization that we needed a little more discussion. Until 14.20, we made a line up and the supervisor allowed us to take a break and have lunch until 15.20. We got nothing to do afterward. So, we were all just sitting in front of the kitchen until we were ordered to make a line up and have some review. As usual, we had general cleaning and made a line up again, prayed together and ready to get home.
