Daily Activity: Practical Mid Test [English Ver] 190318

Today is a bit different from the usual day because today we MID. We entered Kitchen approximately 8.30, which MID today that three groups consisting of 10 people. So for MID, we were helped by friends group 1 (project) where we are MID (two person) served as a leader who handles the menu and friends served as a cook helper. We were tasked to direct the cook helper to create a menu that we have on each and we are responsible for the menu, so if the cook helper make a mistake it will affect our values.

A group of three get a menu consisting of rotation 2 that is Appetizer: Macedoine Of Vegetable mayonnaise, Soup: Minestrone Soup, Main Course: Fillet of Fish Meuniere with Potato Au Gratin and Glazed Root Vegetable, for dessert there Choux à la Crème and Hard Roll. Dini and I given the responsibility to make a dessert, we did oneline in the cool kitchen Mr.Syahrial as our testers to give us directions to explain about the menu that will we make today.

After completion Mr.Syahrial allow us to doing, so Dini and I  early start to prepare. I responsible for Hard Roll and Dini is responsible for making Coux ala Crème. And I was assisted by Irawati and Yuni, after prepare me immediately make Hard Roll. Then by the time we waited for kneading the dough in Mixing Dough Machine senior giving Irawati and Yuni coupons for Table Manner Restaurant, after the dough has finished Ira and Yuni go to Table Manner so I was assisted by Asmil and Fikri to completion. 14.00 Hard Roll I've made have been issued to all Restaurant.
