Daily Activity [English Ver.] 080318
Today is my last day in the third week of practice, I went to the campus and to the kitchen at 07.30 in the morning and the activities in the kitchen starts at 8 o'clock are absent, grooming checks and our equipment checked by a supervisor who was incharge. When entry the kitchen I keep my bag in a locker and did oneline in cool kitchen to get a referral to practice. After all has been in cool kitchen we pray and supervisors direct the Group 2 for doing and as usual Group 1 came out but before exiting the supervisor said if we will be entered to help friends who are doing to prepare for they product.
After that I sat at the outside and then heavy rain and I went into the kitchen restroom, and me and my friends moved to a new class to continue the discussion tasks. Sometimes i go into the cool kitchen to see or help other friends to prepare their product. And I help the Appetizer team for plating Macedoine Of Vegetable Mayonnaise, after the Restaurant was closed we were cleaning our work area and cleaning equipment that we use. Then we oneline and supervisors to give us a break for 1 hour.
After the break we sat outside while waiting for a supervisor eat together with other senior. Then we oneline back in the cool kitchen to eat the food of our products we created earlier, after we oneline and we get a punishment because we did not do oneline not true. And we do general cleaning until finish, then oneline back on front of kitchen and hear Mr. Faisal explanation and returned to the supervisor. Again, we get punishment consuming garlic as one of us not throw away leftovers before putting the bowl on the steward. After that we pray and prepare to go home.
