Daily Activity 1-1
Good night!
Yuhuuuuu long after the
short holiday lol 1 month or more I do not write a blog. And this time I wrote
again the activities I did in the campus Kitchen Poltekpar Makassar on this 3rd
Semester. Sooo this Tuesday the first day we practic in the kitchen, why not
Monday? Because yesterday all students Poltekpar general lecture at the hall so
we did not practice yesterday. Yakk at 07.30 this morning I had reached the
kitchen and immediately i shared recipe to friends. Then at 08.30 we do oneline
front of the kitchen.
As usual we roll call
by seniors who do incharge then we continued oneline in the main kitchen, after
all everyone has gathered. Senior somewhat confused at the time wanted to share
the food menu to us because there are 10 of our friends were in Hotel Gammara
for practice and there are some people absent. Then Mr. Jaya gives us a bit of
material about Menu Buffet, yak today we make the Menu Buffet Oriental is Thai
Beef Salad, Chineese Spinach and Peanut Salad, Tom Yum Goong, Pho Bo, Gai Tod
Takrai, Ingen No. Gama Ae, Yam Makeua Yo , Khau Plau, Tori Teriyaki No,
onigiri, Tang Yuan, Heow Khao Ma Muany, Tang Zhong. Yes that's all Oriental
Buffet menu.
Once we get a menu that
we will make, Mr. Jaya said that at 13:00 all food had to be ready to serve the
direct supervisor told us to doing. I was in group 4 that would make Tom Yum
Goong, Pho Bo, Khau Plau and Onigiri. Then we all did prepare ingredient. Nata,
Intan, and Nabila prepare ingredient for Tom Yum Goong and Pho Bo, while I
prepare to cook Khau Plau and onigiri. Hardian, Ilham and Fatta in section
butcher to prepare the shrimp and beef. After all has come out to Restaurant,
we had to go through further prepare ingredient Buffet menu for tomorrow is European
Buffets. After we done prepare ingredient, immediately we do the general cleaning
and closing explanation by Mr. Jaya and we prayed right after so that we can go
home.
