Daily Activity 2-2
Haloooo, meet again with me
hehehe. Yak as usual I'll tell you what I did in the Kitchen Poltekpar today.
Today I arrived incampus at 6:40 am,
because our Boss Genk Mr. Ical told us we need to come before 7.00 am. Then at 7:15 we did oneline front of
the kitchen, we rolled call and check our equipment by some seniors who were our
supervisor . After that I entered the
kitchen and went to the lockers to put my bag, and I do oneline in the Main
Kitchen. After everyone had been there we prayed before going into the material,
after that the supervisor told us to explain menus that will we make today.
Today a friend of my group Aulia
and Darma were not there because they incharged for 1st semester, so I replaced
Aulia to handle Terong Santan. Aulia had told me how to make it, then I made a
seasoning for Terong Santan. but we returned to oneline because Chef Dyno went
to our classes, then Chef Dyno checked back what had been prepared yesterday.
Then after we finished Chef Dyno resumed the doing, after the seasoning ready I
sauted it.
Chef Dyno said that each step was almost same
with Rendang, so I did the same things as how to make Rendang and assisted by
Hardian. At 12 o'clock all the food was ready and we just waited the restaurant
staff. At 12.30 all the food had been out to the restaurant. After that we
immediately started the general cleaning, started from the working table. But I
got a coupon for table manner in the restaurant, so at 13:00 I went into the restaurant with
Fahmi to join the table manner. Once everything finished we went back to the
kitchen and helped my friends that still did the general cleaning.
