Hellooo I’m back again
hehe, as usual I will tell you what I did in the kitchen Poltekpar day 3 in the
first week of our practice. At 7:00 am Dina and I came to the kitchen, the time
we reached the kitchen there were already the
5th semester. When I waited for
friends I talked with Aulia, at 8:00 am the freshman were the first one oneline
in the front oneline kitchen. Not long after that a senior who is incharge told
us to oneline front of the kitchen too.
As always supervisor
roll, checking grooming and checking our equipment if complete we can entered
the kitchen. After I keep my bag in locker, I did oneline in the main kitchen after
all already in the main kitchen, we pray before practice. Then the supervisor
told us explain menus that will we make today are buffets Celebes. And I was in
a group Main Course, Jo and I duty to make Pallu Ce'la. After that we
immediately make doing.
So Jo and I prepare the
seasoning first, I peel garic, shallots, turmeric and cut red chili. Then we blender,
after Jo marinate the fish and I seasoning on the fish. After that Jo sauté the
sauté for about 1 minute, and then we make the sauce. Once everything finished
at 12.00 we put out into the restaurant and then we clean up our work area. And
at 12:30 we break to eat, and went back to doing general cleaning until finish.
