Daily Activity 1-2

Good night!

Yakk meet again with me, second day in the week of our first practice. like the previous blog I'll tell you what my activities while in the kitchen. So at 6:30 am I arrived on campus in the morning, why? Because Mr. Ical told me to come in the morning at 7 with Gabriel and Wanda to open the kitchen door, open the window and take food ingredient  that have been prepared  in the chiller. And because today Asmil ,Ira and I incharge the 1st semester, at 08:00 I tell semesters 1 to oneline front of the kitchen. 

As usual we always pay attention to grooming them and we also check their logbook, and then we allow them to get into the kitchen. After all has been oneline in the cold kitchen, before starting the class leader lead to pray. Earlier I asked Mr. Jaya what we should do, then Mr. Jaya told me to review and provide materials Utensil and Equipment.  After that we were incharge ask they if there is the task from the senior who is incharge yesterday, it turns out there is. So we say to read the smallbook, we give them time 10minute.

After 10 minutes we were immediately start the review, after that we introduced ourselves and we ask what their reason for admission to the Department of Culinary Arts, and the average answers that we heard they want to learn more about cooking and wants to open their own restaurant , Then we provide materials on Utensil and Equipment, and we also share with each other how our PSDP experience and they asked about the rules in the kitchen. At 17.00 we do a general cleaning after completion as usual closing explanation by Mr. Jaya and we prayed right after so that we can go home.
