Hellooo yak meet again with me
Andi Sally hehehe, as usual I am going to tell you what I did during practice
in the Kitchen of Poltekpar. Today is my last day in the second week of
practice, so at 08:00 am we did oneline in front of the kitchen. We were incharged
by Kak Al, Kak Syafei and Kak Axel, after roll call I entered the kitchen and
headed to the locker to put my bag. Then me and my friends did oneline in the
Main Kitchen. I asked Mr. Jaya today what Buffet Menu should we make before and
Mr. Jaya said we would make a menu of Oriental Buffet. We prayed before the
material started.
After that Kak Al asked us how the
system we usually use, so today we did the preparation and continued the doing.
At 12:00 all food had to be ready and at 13.00 restaurant had opened then at 15:00
everything should be finished and no activity in the kitchen. After that Kak Al
directly told us to do the doing so it did not take much time, because I got
the Main Course group those were Gai Tod Takrai, Yam Makeua Yo, Tori No Teriyaki,
Khau Plau and Onigiri. So I helped Darma to prepare Gai Tod Takrai, I peelled
and I choped garlic, then I sliced the red chili .
After I finished pounding the
lemongrass to marinate the chicken, I helped Yusril to make Onigiri. Oh yes, today we prepared 40 pax to the restaurant. While
I helped Yusril, I helped Darma too in
case she needed help from me, such as took the ingredients for her. Not to
mention I also took photos for this blog’s documentation and at 12:30 all menus
had been completed. All foods had been put in the restaurant and because today
I felt unwell I asked permission from Mr. Jaya and Kak Al to go home early.
Gladly they allowed me.
This is a special vest for those students who come late. So
if any of them late, they should use the special vest and cannot take it off
until the practice end. Just like a parking attendants lol
