Daily Activity 23

Today we do not practice since today is the date but Mr. Ical still had us come to the kitchen, I came to the kitchen at 10 am because yesterday Pak Ical said we we should came at 10 am. After I save the bags and put on my apron and carpus I entered the cold kitchen, today we made Sushi and will be presented to the Minister of Tourism. I helped my friend Hariyandy to arrange Sushi on the table, after that I talked with my friend while waiting for further directives from Mr. Ical, and after finished cleaning the work area we began general cleaning cold kitchen section.

Once finished I sat outside and kak Nada call I to help make Sambal Cobek and Sambal Tumis, Miftah and I heading to working chiller to take the necessary ingredients are chili, green chili and lime. Once finished I peel the garlic and shallot kak Nada cut chili and separating the seeds, after that I blend all ingredients. Then after all the ingredients have been mixed I move to fryingpan, because I do not know what next so I keep and waiting Kak Nada come.

Once finished we sat outside while waiting for further directives from Mr. Ical, my friend who asked if we could go eat and Mr. Ical allow us. So I went out to lunch, after lunch I went back to the kitchen and then we do a general cleaning. After all has been finished we all sat waiting for Mr. Ical or Mr. Jaya at 17.00 we oneline and Mr. Ical said that Sushi made the 2nd semester it was good. Then we pray and go home.
