Daily Activity 27


Today was my second day of practice in the last week before the final, I want to tell my activities during in the kitchen. At time I arrived in the kitchen I prepare before going into the kitchen, and today we were a bit late do oneline. After our grooming and equipment checked by supervisor, I entered to the kitchen and my store bags in a locker and went to the cold kitchen and do oneline to pray before practice today. After praying as usual we read smallbook us and supervisor reviewing.

Then after review by supervisor at 10.30 am group 2 were doing today directly continue cooking menu to be made today. And our group 1 division os prepare II.1 rotation menu which Chinesee Food, and my group get dessert is bread Thang Zhong. After all has got the menus we were directed to prepare, I go to the pastry to make dough bread the Thang Zhong assisted briefed by another senior how to make it. By the time the bread in my proofing out for a while because there are affairs.

And when I am back in the dough has finished , but Gabriel and Fadhil no help because they went Table Manner. Fortunately there are some friends and seniors who helped to complete, after that I leave the dough to Nabila for proofing back before bake. At 2 o'clock I went to the restaurant because I get a coupon for Table Manner there, then 3 o'clock I returned to the kitchen and we all instantly we do general cleaning until complete.
