Daily Activity 24

Today as usual we get into the kitchen at 8 am, before entering I wear my Carpus and apron, after that I entered to kitchen and store my bag at locker and heading to the cold kitchen and do oneline. Today we made II.1 rotation menu is Chinese food, and after I asked to Mr. Jaya today until tomorrow we did not open restaurant. And today the group 2 were doing. Due Gabriel wants to replace the product for our project, so we go to mini library to discuss it.

Once finished I returned to the cold kitchen and help my friends and see that another friend made product for their project, and at 12.30 our Chinese Food product has finished. We clean the work area, and then I chat with friends while waiting for the senior finished with their prepare for tomorrow. Occasionally I went out to sit, at 15:30 we start doing general cleaning because Mr. Ical said that 16:30 is must be finished. I was called by Chef Dyno to clean Ofiice so I call Ainul and we clean the Office and Mini Library together.

By the time Ainul and I clean Office, at the same time our friends oneline and I missed some info. So Chef Dyno told us to come to the kitchen at 7 am tomorrow, and then we all general cleaning. Once finished we eat together and we sat and chatting with friends while waiting for direction oneline of Mr. Jaya. At 17.30 we do oneline front of the kitchen and Mr. Jaya say tomorrow we just make the Mini Burger, after we pray we can go home.
