Daily Activity 28


As usual I'll tell you what my activities during in the kitchen. On this day we oneline at 8 in front of the kitchen, grooming and our equipment checked by supervisor. After that I went into the kitchen and headed for the lockers to store my bag, and I go to the cold kitchen. After all has been in the cold kitchen we pray before we start practice. After that supervisor said to read our smallbook and reviewing us by supervisor until they are finished. Then we oneline back and gets referrals from supervisor to doing.

Nabila told me told turns our Tang Zhong yesterday it was less so we had to make it back, we went to the pastry to make a dough Tang Zhong. Once the dough has finished and in proofing, at 11:30 I go to  restaurant because I get a coupon for Table Manner. Then once finished I returned to the kitchen, when I return to the pastry Tang Zhong was prepared in bake. Fadhil said that I should keep in bake bread at the time, but when I was waiting for the Tang Zhong Intan called me. She said I was a steward in the cold kitchen because I doing Table Manner.

So I became a steward with Yudha, once completed in conjunction with the open restaurant. Supervisors say who Table Manner is duty runner (dropping food until at abuayer) Gabriel and I became abuayer until the restaurant closed. Once finished we all do general cleaning, as usual Ainul and I clean the office, mini library, and Prodi. Once finished I help seniors become steward to completion. Then we sat outside while waiting for further directives from Mr. Jaya, at 18.00 we did last oneline pray and go home.
