Daily Activity 26

This week is our last week of practice before final test. Today I will tell my activities during in the kitchen. I left home to campus at 07:1 and arrived at the kitchen at 07.30, after that I was preparing myself  to get into the kitchen. At 8 o'clock we oneline in front of the kitchen to check our equipment after entering I store my bags in a locker and doing oneline in the cold kitchen. Then, after all has been in the cold kitchen we pray before practice, after that we reviewed by a supervisor.

At 10:30 the supervisor finished rivew us, after that we started to practice that prepare ingredients for Indonesian food menu. My group helped a group of 8 to make an appetizer that is Jalangkote. So my friends and I go to pastry to make dough Jalangkote, after that I go to the cold kitchen to help another friend. After stuffing Jalangkote has finished and already cooled, we started making it. Actually I can not how to fold the ends Jalangkote but senior taught me until I could do it.

Not long after some friends came to help us make Jalangkote until completion, after finished we clean the work area and doing oneline in the cold kitchen. Then we do a general cleaning to until finished, I was assigned to clean the office and talked with Mr.  Ical, at 16:00 we are allowed a break, so Ainul and I go to the canteen for a break. Once finished I returned to the kitchen and then I talked at Prodi with ma'm Sury and Seniors.
