Daily Activity 24 September 2019


In today’s  blog, I’d like to share all of my activities during two days practice in the kitchen to prepare anything to make bread corner. Our mid semester test started on September 23. Our group, which was group 3 arrived at the campus at 8.00 in the morning. Before we make preparation, we discussed everything we were going to do, and divided the tasks. At 10.00 we started to prepared everything. I got the task to make brownies and chocolate mousse. After my brownies was ready, I helped the others to finish their tasks quickly.
Next morning on September 24, I arrived at the kitchen at 6.00 sharp in the morning. I went straight to the pantry to take all of the things we had prepared yesterday. Mr. Jaya  told us that everything should be ready at 9 and we had to set all the things up in rectorate building. Our dishes were ready at 9.30 and some of us set everything up in rectorate building. At 10.00 o’clock, our lecturers started to come to taste the bread corner that we had served such as sandwich (croissant sour dough), bakpia, croissant, puff pastry, pie, and tartlet. Around 10.40, some of our bread corner dishes were cleared, and thank God we got a nice score.
