Daily Activity 8 August 2019

Hello guys, I’m here again to tell you my daily practice in Makassar Poltekpar’s Kitchen. Yup, just like yesterday’s blog, in today’s blog I’m going to tell you about my activity in making croissant. I arrived at the kitchen at 7.40 in the morning, I ran to the locker room to put my belongings in there, and went straight to the pantry. Today, we still learnt how to make croissant. However, yesterday Mr. Jaya told us that Kak Nius, our senior would help us to make croissant. At 9 sharp, Kak  Nius showed us how to make croissant dought. Once the live showing was done, we immediately practiced it in our own. We didn’t forget to flattened the shortening, and after we put the dough in the freezer, Kak Nius showed us how to flatten the dough. At 13.20 in the afternoon, Kak Nius had to go to work, but before he go home, he made sure that our dough have finished. After that we continued our task. At 15.00 in the afternoon, we took a break and had our late lunch togethere. Once we were done, we got back to the pantry. And my croissant was ready and I only needed to wait about 1-2 hours for proofing the dough, then I baked it in the oven.
