Daily Activity 4 September 2019
Today, we made bakpia
and raisin scones again. Same as yesterday, we made bakpia first before we made
raisin scones. I weighed the ingredients for bakpia and raisin scones. Meanwhile
Nata made the fillings, Koko mixed all the stuffs. Once the bakpia was done, we
rested it for 30 minutes. At the same time, we also made raisin scones, and
then we put the dough in the chiller for 30 minutes. Afterwards Koko baked the
bakpia for about 15-20 minutes. While waiting for the bakpia, we shaped the
raisin scones and baked it in the oven. After everything was ready, we brought
our dishes to the office and let Mr. Ical took a look. Thanks God, our raisin
scones got a great appreciation from Mr. Ical. But tomorrow we had to make
bakpia again. To close our today’s activity, we had lunch together, and
conducted general cleaning.
