# 2 : Daily Activity (English Version)

 I went to campus at 7:20 in the morning. Approximately, i took 30 minutes for me to get there and walked directly to the kitchen. Exactly at 8:00 am, we made a line up in front of the kitchen as our supervisor called our name and crosschecked our equipment one by one. After that we were allowed to enter the kitchen and walked straightaway to the locker where we tucked in our stuff. Our supervisor told us to make a line up in the cool kitchen. As we waiting forthe others, I read the material on my small book and the recipe that we got.

 Not long after, Mr.Syahrial who happend to be our lecture for this "Breakfast" week was coming in. He gave us some encouragement that was beneticial for us. Later on, he explained the material about Breakfast in which we had to practice it this week. He also elaborated lots of Breakfast menu, such as American, Continental, English and Indonesia Breakfast. Mr.Syahrial told us that for today we only made some preparations for practicing Continental Breakfast in which we had to make Soft Roll, Hard Roll, and Twist Bread.

 Once Mr.Syahrial closed his lecture, our supervisor was grouping us, and my group got a chance to make Twist Bread. After we got instruction from our supervisor, we instantly made preparation until 13:30 pm. The supervisor only gave us one hour to take a break and get some lunch. Subsequently, Mr.Faisal gave our supervisor some instruction to tell us that we had to make preparation for tomorrow Breakfast menu, such as Croissant and Danish dough. We finished our preparation at 17:30 in the evening and had a General Cleaning. Exactly at 19:00 pm we make a line up and closed by short explanation by Mr.Faisal and then informed to go home.
