Daily Activity (English Version) 070218

Today I went to campus like yesterday at 6:30 am because this week Restaurant Rinjani will be open and we must make the Breakfast and 4th semester makes Lunch. after arriving at my campus directly to the kitchen and then at 7:30 am we were told our supervisors oneline. Due to the weather really does not support the (rain) we were so late getting to the kitchen, after the roll supervisor we headed to the locker to store our stuff and do oneline in the cool kitchen.

Once we all were in our cool kitche and we pray and supervisor immediately divide tasks, there who made English Muffins and some make Muffins. And my group have a chance to make Muffins, after supervisor directs us what we should do, we straight do-doing. Then after we finished the Muffin ready to bake the dough Muffin direct it into the oven and we had to wait 30-35 minutes, after all we went back to the cool kitchen and do oneline to hear new instructions from the supervisor.

Supervisor said that the Indonesian menu Breakfast for tomorrow are very much so a supervisor told us to prepare materials to be prepared for tomorrow, supervisor split groups: 1-2 would make Fried Rice (Fried Chicken, pickles, chilli) and my group 3-4 would make Fried Noodles and Beef Satay and the last group 5 will make Chicken poridge. after supervisor split the group, we straight do prepare materials, at 12:00 pm all the material we prepare complete group we took a break one hour and had lunch. We all have to comeback at 13:30 pm.

After the break we did oneline in the cool kitchen, supervisors have told us in advance that we would be in the review. then at 15:00 pm supervisors have completed rivew us and we were just talking with our supervisor until at 16:00 pm we do general cleaning after completion we do oneline and closed with little explanation by Mr. Faisal.
