Daily Activity [English Version] 200218

On this day as usual we oneline in front of the kitchen at 8:00, and then supervisor checked our grooming  and toolbag After that we one line in the cool kitchen. Mr. Syahrial then entered the class and provided guidance to us about what we should do for this menu rotation and the ON OFF system that has applied. Group 1 ON (my group) was responsible for  today rotation menu and OFF Group 2 will conduct discussions for the task of our project.

After that the supervisor divided us into who will be in charged of making Appetizer, Soup, Main Course and Dessert. I got the Main Course part which is Beef Stew, Bake of Potato and Zucchini Provencale sauté. When everyone had their own task, we did everything that need to be done according to the partition. Then at 11:30 when we have completed our product, Group 2 went inside the kitchen to prepared ingredients for the next rotation menu. At 13:00 Restaurant Rinjani has been opened for Lunch (lunch).

Our products were served one by one to guests in the Restaurant until 14:00. Then after we finished everything, we cleaned our work area and took a break but I helped my friend Ainul to cleaned Kitchen's Office. After Ainul and I finished it we took another break until 16:00, and we did general cleaning until 17:00. Then at 17:30 we oneline in front of the kitchen and closed by short explanation by Mr. Jaya. After that we prepare to go home.


Appetizer: Chicken salad Hawaian.


Soup: Shrimp Bisque.



Main Course: Beef Stew with Bake of Potato and Zucchini saute Provencale.



Dessert: Butter Cake.
