Daily Activity 16
Today is my third day at practice this week, as usual we start at 08.00, supervisor checking our grooming and equipment. Then we get into the cold kitchen. While waiting Mr.Syahrial supervisors intend to rivew us but not long after we collect our smallbook Mr.Syahrial come. Then Mr. Syahrial describes today's menu from appetizers to the dessert menu and today is the Thailand food. After completion of Pak Syahrial directed to doing group 2 and group 1 will be OFF for doing research/project.
Because my group got the idea for this project, so we started to try to make it. So we plan to create Baum Kuchen. Baum Kuchen is typical of the German cakes are popular during important celebrations, shaped like a tower with the uneven ring encrusted with white chocolate or black. But we are here we add the banana section of it, after we were done with this experiment. We go to the Office for the show Mr. Wawan and he receives our product hehehe 😳. After that at 12:00 the group 1 did oneline in the cold kitchen and will start prepare for tomorrow.
So tomorrow we will create an Indonesian food menu that whereby from appetizers to desserts, there Jalangkote, Sosok Utan, Konro Bakar, Pisang Ijo. After the division of the menu, I joined a group of seven that make Konro Bakar. First make the seasoning black with Nastassya, we take the shallot, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, galangal and black nut. We peel the onion, white and galangal and ginger. Then we need to resolve skin black nut and remove the contents, and then we mix all added with vegetable oil, a little water and pepper . After all ingredients have been mixed the spices we sauté after that we added water and the last we enter the meat, after that we do a general cleaning after finished and we doing oneline and we were allowed to go home.
