Daily Activity 20

As usual we start at 08.00, supervisor checking our grooming and equipment and after my absence I into the kitchen store bags in a locker and immediately oneline in the cold kitchen while waiting for other friends. After all has been in the cold kitchen, we pray. Then while waiting for direction from Mr. Ical supervisor said we should collect our smallbook, and supervisor review us. And again I get 1 garlic because I can not answer questions from supervisors.

At the time we were reviewed, Chef Dyno entered the cold kitchen and showing how to marinate the meat for Beef Rice Bowl. After completion supervisor continue reviews until finished, and then we immediately doing. So while waiting for the chicken stocknya boil (boiling) Nabila and I blanch Vegetable frozen green peas and sweet corn. At 11 I was go to Restaurant because I get a coupon for Table Manner. Once completed at 12:30 I returned to the kitchen and back handle Soup.

Then at the restaurant will open I on duty to take orders from the restaurant to the kitchen until close the restaurant at 3 o'clock, and we do oneline advance for distribution section we would like to clean up. After all our existing direct section do general cleaning, Ainul and I go to Office to clean up. Then when it was finished we went out and rested, and supervisors say oneline and we eat together. And because of the heavy rain we were late go to home.
