Daily Activity 19
In contrast yesterday today we started at 8.30am because we had previously performed the ceremony which shall be the date of 17. After completed our ceremony we directly into the kitchen and change clothes and oneline in front of the kitchen, I into the kitchen after and go to lockers to store my bag and directly go to cold kitchen to do oneline. After all has been in the cold kitchen we do pray, and while waiting for Mr. Ical entered to cold kitchen the supervisor told us collect our smallbook in front and rivew us.
Not long then Mr. Ical entered cold kitchen and do showing cut Salmon for Sushi, and after completion Mr. Ical said today there was no break so group 1 directly to prepare for tomorrow's menu rotation II.1 and group 2 continued to finishing they product today, so back again to rotation menu II.1 which Chinese food and my group get Soup that is Traditional Egg Drop Soup. So today only make Chicken Stock and other ingredients can be done tomorrow, when we did prepare I get a coupon for Table Manner from Kak Aldy.
At 11:30 am I go to Restaurants for Table Manner, because it Ala Carte food so I had to wait a bit longer. The first went well but at the time I wait for parts Main Course occur some problems that I did not know so I waited a long time for Main Course. And I got did not get dessert that is Red Velvet because it has been close to a restaurant, and when I come back to the kitchen turn on my class open Restaurant . Again I on duty to take orders from the restaurant to the kitchen. After the close Restaurant were direct doing general cleaning until 16:30.
