Daily Activity 18

Yes after last week our theory and this week is our 6th week of practice. As usual we start at 08.00, grooming and equipment checking by supervisor and after in my absence I into the kitchen and store bags in a locker and immediately oneline in the cold kitchen while waiting for other friends. After all has been in the cold kitchen, we do pray. So today we just did prepare for tomorrow rotation menu II.4 (Japanese Food). And this is the menu Japanese Food Okonomiyaki, Misoo Soup, Sushi and Dorayaki.

Then our supervisors give us an explanation of all the menu we will make, after that Mr. Ical entrance and angry with us because last Friday most of our class did not participate general cleaning that we are obliged to do. After Mr. Ical go, supervisor again gives us knowledge that is kind of a kind pieces that exist in Japan. After that we were given directions to get out because today's group 1 OFF, but because Gabriel was given the job of Mr. Jaya to arrange the ingredients that have Gabriel and Mr. Jaya buy in the market.

So I will help friends who prepare today, I helped Yudha to prepare Dorayaki. After all are finished prepare, the supervisor told us to read our smalbook. After 15 minutes later we were reviewed by supervisor, and I get 1 garlic because I did not completely clarify what the supervisor asked to me. After completion of supervisors back on the menu rotation II.4 explain this, to this day Pak Ical give us this day free for the general cleaning. Which do general cleaning  today are 13 people who did not come general cleaning last Friday.
