Daily Activity [English Ver.] 020418
After last week we've had our practice MID, we back to regular activities. In this 5th weeks which is on April 2nd 2018 we went on to the next menu which is Menu Rotation II, as usual we oneline in front of the kitchen after roll call and supervisors checked our grooming, I entered into the kitchen and headed to the lockers to store my bag. After that I headed to the cool kitchen and oneline while waiting for others in the cool kitchen.
After that, in cool kitchen as usual before we start we pray and then after that supervisor described about menus that we will make tomorrow, while waiting for our lecture, we were reviewed by the supervisor. like weeks ago we just did prepare and tomorrow (Tuesday) we proceeded to finish. After that we Group 1 did prepare and Group 2 came out to do the project, to this day we do prepare for Chinese food that are : Chinese Spinach and Peanut Salad, Traditional Egg Drop Soup, Beef Rice Bowl, Tang Yuan and Tang Zhong.
Then supervisor split us into who got the Appetizer, Soup, Main Course and Dessert. My group 3 received Main Course which is Beef Rice Bowl after get instruction from supervisor we started prepare. Nabila and I took Brocoli, Small Carrot and Onion and cut it into slice, after I finished I helped other groups who haven't finished their prepare. Then after all finished we took one-hour break to eat, after the break we oneline back in the cool kitchen. Before we started general cleaning we had to wait senior semester four to eat, while waiting for our meal we played games with seniors that call fast ingredient. After finished we did general cleaning.
