Daily Activity 4-2 (Ala Carte 1)

Meet again with me where I will tell my activity at Kitchen Poltekpar. So as usual I came to the Kitchen at 7:30, before going into the kitchen I fixed my grooming. At 8:30 we went to the kitchen and did oneline in the Main Kitchen, after I kept a bag in a locker and followed friends to the Main Kitchen and performed oneline. As usual before the start of practice we prayed after our Genk Boss Pak Ical started to roll the names (absence) and back to tell us a few things about the Ala Carte Menu.

After that we went straight to the respective section. Me, Intan and Nata made Sachertorte again since yesterday Mr. Jaya told us to create more. Once we have prepared the necessary ingredients we immediately made, after the dough has been finished and baked, we prepared the dark chocolate to make Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate glaze. By the time the batter was out of the oven we saw that the result was too soft and the cake was so easily destroyed :( at 11.00 we started to planting the Sachertorte and I went to the restaurant to explain about it there.

Then at 11.30 we all stoped doing the activities in the kitchen and we went to the mosque for Dzuhur prayers. Once we finished our prayer we went back to the kitchen, turned out restaurant was already open and I should have went to the restaurant but I did not go and help Yudha as the “Abu Ayer” instead. Being an “Abu Ayer” during the Ala Carte menu is more difficult than the last menu we practiced. We needed extra energy to get through to ashes ayer hahaha and we should be more careful. After we cleaned the restaurant we went to do the same thing to our work area, and we immediately did the general cleaning.
