Daily Activity 5-2 (Ala Carte 2)


Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb.
Hello, guys! A new journal has been up. I arrived at the Poltekpar Kitchen around 6.25 in the morning since yesterday Mr. Ical asked us to come at 6.30. I quickly wore my carpus and apron. Not to be forgotten, I put all my belongings in the locker room before joining the others in the Main Kitchen. We began our day with a prayer, hoping that God would make everything easier.
We instantly continued to prepare all the ingredients. The carrots were ready, so I needed to prepare the bell paper.  I had to cut them in dice, and for the tomatoes I cut them in wedges, and the last was boiled egg. I was helped by Taufik, since he was gonna make salad dressing. At 9 in the morning, we made a line in the Main Kitchen again because Mr. Ical was gonna give us some instructors and show us how to make Beef Wallington. Once he was done, there was Chef Dyno who gave us some advices about this Ala Carte 2.
Chef Dyno also showed us how to make Beef Wallington, after he finished we got back to our works. At 12.30, we had a prayer, but when we came back to the kitchen, the open resto had started already. We were all busy with our own sections. I helped my friend, Dini, once in a while because I hadn’t had any order yet, until 2 in the afternoon we ended the open resto. We cleaned up our work areas as we prepared the ingredients for tomorrow morning. During the general cleaning, we took a break for a while to have our super late lunch.
