Daily Activity 4-3 (Ala Carte 1)

Hellooo! As usual, another story about my daily activity in Poltekpar Kitchen has been up. Today was pretty much different. We had to come before 6 in the morning, and I got there at 5.40. But my friend, Asmil, was come earlier than me. One by one other students started to gather in the kitchen. At 6.30, we made oneline in front of the kitchen as the supervisor called out our names. In the main kitchen, once again we had to make oneline.

Not to be forgotten, we started the day with a prayer. Our supervisor, Kak Agung, made sure that everything we needed was ready. Actually we should come at 6 because it was a punishment for us, because yesterday during the open resto was completely disaster, and our boss genk got mad. We got back to our own sections after that. Since the dough was already made yesterday, so today we only needed to give stuffing and smearing the dough with chocolate ganache and chocolate glaze.

But still, we should make the dough for Thursday after we finished to prepare all the ingredients we needed. At 11 am, Kak Aldy asked me to make chocolate ganache and chocolate glaze. First of all, I chopped the dark chocolate as I heated up heavy cream and fresh milk, after it boiled up, I mixed it with the dark chocolate, and stirred it until the chocolate was completely melted. We took a break for a while at 11.30 to have a prayer, and we got back to the kitchen because the open resto was almost begun. After the open resto was done, we cleaned up our work areas and prepared everything we needed for tomorrow morning. We had a prayer and super late lunch together before having general cleaning.
