Daily Activity 6-3 (Incharge)

Hello, guys. It’s me again, Andi Sally,
bringing another story of mine. I hope that you guys weren’t bored reading all
the things that I do in the kitchen and I put them this blog, because that’s
what this is supposed to be. Without too much unnecessary rambles, I’m gonna
tell you what I have done in the Poltekpar Kitchen on the third day, sixth
week, and third semester. A few days ago I used to cook Ala Carte menu, but it
would be exceptional for today. Do you know why? It’s because today is my turn
to supervise the freshmen students in front of the kitchen. At 7.30 in the
morning.
we were all supervisors gathering the freshmen students in front of
the kitchen. Darma called out their names and I checked their grooming one by
one. Once all the students were ready in the
cold kitchen, we began today’s practice with a prayer. We wanted to hear from
them about the assignments Mr. Ical gave to them, and we reminded them to clean
the table cooking first before they start cooking. They were gonna make Soft
Roll in a group, but they needed to prepare all the ingredients first, such as
hard flour, sugar, yeast, salt, butter, and fresh milk. They started to cook
once the ingredients they needed were ready.
When the first proofing, the first
group was out and continued by the second group. After their dough were ready
on the scaling portion and put them on the sit pan, I accompanied them to
proofing their dough once more by using proofing machine until it was ready to
be baked. At 11.30 am, we took a break until 12.30. Afterwards, Mr. Ical came
in because he was in charge. At 14.30 in the afternoon, we had general cleaning
and we were ready to go home.
