Daily Activity 5-3 (Ala Carte 2)

Hello, guys! Welcome back to my channel.
Okay, that’s lame. I’m not even a vlogger. Welcome back to my blog. I hope you
guys didn’t find my blog boring L so I arrived at the Poltekpar Kitchen around 6.30
in the morning. I had to be ready as I wore my carpus and apron. I put all my
belongings in the locker room, and joined the others who had ready in the Main
Kitchen. We started the day with a prayer, and lets chop chop!
First of all, I had to cook hard-boiled
egg, and cut it in wedges. I went to the freezer to take some chicken breast
and bacon. We made oneline again in the Main Kitchen because Mr. Ical was gonna
gave us some lessons, and he asked us one by one to explain the terminology in
this Ala Carte menu 2. At 10 am, we continued the preparation and Mr. Ical said
that everything should be ready at 11. So, I baked the beef bacon and chicken
breast, and I sauté the chicken breast in order to make the chicken coloring.
We took a break to
have a prayer together at 12 pm. And, the open rest was started already once we
came back to the kitchen. Because God’s grace, today’s open menu went smoothly.
I was glad that I served so many Chef Salad compared to the yesterday. We
cleaned up our work areas once the open resto was done. And, during general
cleaning, we took a break to have a prayer and have lunch together before
continuing the general cleaning.
