Daily Activity 6-2 (Ala Carte 1)

Hello, my fellow friends. Another story of mine is up. So, I’m gonna tell you today’s activities in the Kitchen Poltekpar. As usual, we had to be ready in the kitchen at 7 in the morning, and I got there quite early. Not to be forgotten, there were carpus and apron that I should wear before entering the kitchen. I put all my belongings in the locker room, and joined the other who had been oneline in the Main Kitchen.
All of us had been gathered around, and we started the day with a prayer. Afterwards, our supervisors called out our names, asked us what we needed to do, and we immediately back to our activity to prepare all the things we needed. First of all, I took potatoes, washed it, and steamed it until it cooked so that it would be easy for me to peel the skins. I mashed the potatoes by using mixing dough. For making the Duchesse Potato, what I needed to do after the mash potato was ready was added melt butter, salt, paper, nutmeg, and egg yolk. In order to make the shaping part easier, I had to put the dough in the piping bag.
Once it was done, meaning it was ready to be baked. The next step was that I had to make Colcannon. First, mixed milk, cream, and chopped parsley, and heated them up. Second, I melted the butter and added onion leaves and cabbage, and sauté it for a while. Put the mashed potato, stirred them up and added salt and paper for the seasoning. The last step was mixed it with the potato dough. At 11.30 am, the open resto already began until 12.30 in the afternoon. We prepared all the ingredients and all the things for tomorrow and exactly at 2 pm we conducted general cleaning until 4 pm.
