Daily Activity 6-1 (Ala Carte 1)

Hello, guys. Welcome back to my blog,
and I guess you guys are ready to read another story of mine. Here I’m going to
tell you about all of the things that I have done during this practice week.
Anyways, we already entered the sixth week in this third semester. Exactly at
7.50 in the morning, Dina and I already arrived at the kitchen. I quickly wore
my carpus and apron, and put all my belongings in the locker room. As usual I
joined the others in the line, and we began the day with a prayer. For this
practice week, we had Ala Carte 1 menu again, and my group got the Main Kitchen
section which included Soup and Main Course.
So, for that day we only needed to
prepare all the ingredients, and we executed them all on the next day, that was
what Mr. Jaya used to say, anyway :D. For the soups, there were Japanese Clear
Soup with Shrimp and Puree of Pumpkin Soup. For the main course, there were
Sushi Plater, Tuna Carpacio with Hollandaise Sauce Duchesse Potatoes and Saute
Jardiniere Vegetable, Grilled Lamb Shank with Garlic & Rosemary Sauce and
Colcannon Vegetable Tangliatelle, and also Moules Meuniere (Steamed Mussels)
with Gratin Dauphinoise and Creamed Spinach.
And, I got Ducheese Potatoes and Colcannon, but
I only needed to prepare all the ingredients so that on the next day I wouldn’t
be in hurry to cook them all. I also helped my friends to prepare everything
they needed for cooking, and I gave Lina an assistance to make Japanese Clear
Soup with Shrimp. Mr. Ical reminded us that we should at 4 in the pm, and there
were no activities in the kitchen. So, we should hurry to prepare everything we
needed for tomorrow. At 1.30 in the afternoon we already began to conduct
general cleaning, and we had our super late lunch
