Daily Activity 7-4 (Ala Carte 2)

Hola genk! Another story in Poltekpar
kitchen has been up. So today, Intan and I arrived at the kitchen at 6.25 in
the morning since Mr. Ical commanded us to come early. After I wore my carpus
and apron, I instantly came into the kitchen and joined the others in a line in
the main kitchen. As usual, we began the day with a prayer and our supervisor
called out our names one by one.
Supervisor asked us how many pax that
out of the restaurant, and whether the preparation was done or not. We moved
back to our own sections. In the pastry section, I helped the others since the
red velvet sponge was done, but the cream cheese for the layers not yet. At 9
in the morning, I was going to make the cream cheese. So, I prepared the whip
cream and cream cheese itself. First of all, I mixed the cream cheese until it
was soft, and the whip cream until it was stiff, and I blended the two
ingredients.
Once it was
finished, I applied the cream cheese on the red velvet sponge. The red velvet
was ready to cut. I tried to cut the red velvet roll cake and started to
platting carefully. At 11.30, the open resto was opened, and the Red Velvet
Roll Cake was sold out just in a second, yay! I got back to the pastry section
and cleaned up my work area. Afterwards, I helped Miftah to make the Meringue
dough for the Crème Brulee garnish. At 2 in the afternoon, we were to oneline
in the main kitchen because there were several problems caused by our friends.
